Mark Dinsmore

Mark Dinsmore, has a long and distinguished career as an investigator with over 29 years’ experience in the Tampa Police Department. His extensive involvement in law enforcement includes work in the Tampa Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau, Robbery Squad, Narcotics Division and the Street Anti-crime Squad. Dinsmore is an expert in the areas surveillance, undercover operations, intelligence gathering and complex criminal investigations.

Dinsmore’s experiences have led to him to conduct investigations in cooperation with local and federal law enforcement agencies including Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Drug Enforcement Agency, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Agency, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Dinsmore has also worked as a field investigator for several companies including Louis Vuitton, Motion Picture Association of America, Rolex, and State Farm Insurance.

Dinsmore currently possesses a valid Florida Private Investigator License Number C1200020.

JOHN SLUCKIS

John Sluckis, retired in February of 2016 after 31 years in law enforcement. He retired as a Sergeant with the Tampa Police Department. Prior to working in Tampa, he worked as a Municipal Police Officer in the State of Massachusetts. His work history includes Detective on a DEA taskforce, U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task force, Criminal Intelligence Bureau, Street Anti-Crime and Field Training. He has extensive experience with informant use and covert surveillance techniques.

Sluckis’ experiences have involved investigations of various vice related crimes to include drug sales & distribution, gambling, money laundering and prostitution. He has worked joint investigations with many state and federal law enforcement agencies.
